Mak is a great businessman! He responds to messages via the Yelp app quickly and goes above and beyond explaining every detail of the work being provided. He came out to my property, offered an estimate, and came back a second time to meet with my husband. We signed and received a copy of the contract.

Mak and his crew excavated down to the foundation of our home and across the property line about 10 ft. out. The foundation was sealed, the chimney was tuck-pointed, the perimeter of our home was sealed and he fixed a few chips on our front stairs. He even laid 4 limestone bricks under our windows to assure everything was sealed properly. We had a few flash flood warnings this summer and had ZERO water enter our basement.

His crew cleans up after themselves, they focus on the work at hand and they keep to their schedule. I highly recommend Mak and his crew. They get the job done and Mak will come out to your property at different stages of the job. He will also spend time going over a final walk-through after the job is complete to explain everything done all over again. He makes sure you are completely happy with the job!

Maks and his colleague worked two days on interior basement and exterior tuckpointing. They did an excellent job – our place looked immaculate after they left. At every point, they explained suggested options, listened to our needs, and provided great work. They arrived on time, and were friendly, and were helpful. Very professional and skilled. Had his crew pull out old limestone from our patio door and front entryway. Also had my other home prior to sale get masonry work done and was done perfectly. The work on our patio was done very well and stopped a long-time leak that would funnel into our basement. Others came out to try to figure out the leak and he solved it and hit out of the park with the repair. Mak is very detailed in his explanation of work and always has a follow-up with any questions. The work conducted was replacing a chimney from the roof line up. Maks and his crew were excellent from start to finish. Their proposal was not the highest or the lowest but it was the most thorough. They worked efficiently and they consistently cleaned up each day. We are still amazed at how similar the replacement bricks match the original. They covered every detail including cleaning from the inside of the chimney once completed. The final sign that they go the extra mile is when I headed out that evening and found that they had covered an area of the lawn with sod. Maks did a phenomenal job cutting two window openings in our brick exterior wall. This particular job required him to perform the task completely from the interior of the home. Throughout the process, he was professional, efficient, and always held a realistic optimism toward the job at hand. I will highly recommend his work to anyone! Mak is a very professional businessman that thoroughly understands his business. He is prompt and courteous. He provides professional estimates and he stands by them. I needed to have a concrete patio and sidewalk re-done, some tuckpointing, and have the house foundation sealed. I called several contractors I found on Yelp and was very fortunate that Maks was one of them. He was, by far, the most responsive and knowledgeable person I spoke to and he quoted me a very fair price for the job. We scheduled the job and it was completed on time and as promised. I hope I don’t need to do more home repairs anytime soon, but if I do, Maks will be the one doing the work.

This company is very thorough, offers quotes with full explanations of work necessary in terms that anyone could understand and they complied with our request for separate quotes for areas we wanted work done. Work was scheduled and they came when we were told and the work took exactly as long as expected. Work is top notch, workers are clean and very polite, and we were offered options for the work we wanted to be done.

We do have more work planned for next year with this same company. Never felt pressured to upselling anything.

Can’t recommend enough. Maks is efficient, honest and does great work. I contacted him and within 2 hours he was at my house giving me a quote. Followed up on all my questions, sent photos and contact to reach for recommendations and was very well-priced. I needed the work done soon and he had it done within the week. He went above and beyond on my slate steps and the front of my home looks better than ever…Other places I had contacted were much more money and couldn’t start until the end of June..

I am very happy with the repair work done on our chimney. The process was quick and painless. After the inspection, they arrived on time in the morning and got right to work. Everything was organized and fixed very quickly, in just a few hours. Once they finished, they cleaned up the area and I paid. The brickwork is perfect. Very good value and professional service. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for any other brick services i need.

I can’t speak for the quality of work, but I can say the customer service is exceptional. I called to get a second opinion about some work I had done, they knew I had no intention of using them to fix it, but they helped anyways. I sent them a few pictures and they gave their expert opinion on the situation. If I have work done in the future I would definitely give them a call.

Then him and his crew went above and beyond making sure everything was correct and to my liking. I would recommend these guys again and again.
